After a lot of wire extensions and some creative planning, I have all the main electronics wired and wrapped into the printer. I still have some improvements but this is plenty for a prototype. I have run into some touch screen unresponsive issues and in the meantime I am sorting out the extruder with dual drive gears I expressed the other day. There are lots of pleasant surprises and I feel a lot better about the future.
My goal is to have a printer that can move and extrude filament by wednesday with bonus brownie points for auto leveling.
Not to be too overwhelming, I really aught to mill the heated bed plate tomorrow.
Lots of progress! By the end of all of this it will be as simple as rinse and repeat to make the rest of the printers and less guessing ha.
