BUILD VOLUME
Featuring a respectable 9.25" x 9.25" x 10.24" (235 x 235 x 260 mm) build volume, the Eureka3D is well equipped for printing most body wear, decorations, and general designs with its above average build volume. The Eureka3D is still compact enough to comfortably fit on desks and remain portable on the move thanks to it's all in one aluminum frame. You do not need to worry about trailing electronics or filament spool.
SMART SENSORS
The Eureka3D values safety and efficiency through smart sensing technology. Automatic temperature monitoring, crash detection, automatic pausing, precise power loss recovery, wifi monitoring, filament flow detection and more. The goal for the Eureka3D is to be an advanced smart 3D printer platform for those that might not be familiar with electrical engineering or programming as well as a fully equipped platform for advanced users to jump off from.
WIDE PRINTING MATERIAL RANGE
All Eureka3D printers have a hardened steel nozzle, an all metal hotend, and a dry box to print all plastic filaments which are abrasive and hygroscopic to varying degrees. There is no need to worry about a brass nozzle wearing out, the PTFE lined hotend being misaligned or releasing poisonous neuro toxins, or filament sitting out in open air becoming brittle, jamming, or degrading print quality.
EUREKA REMOTE DRIVE
The Eureka Remote Drive features an ultra short filament path between the drive gears and the nozzle to decrease stringing on printed parts and increase print quality through shorter latency. Typically a heavy motor had to be attached directly to the drive gears which would cause ringing or ghosting but the Eureka Remote Drive solves this by setting the motor away from the drive gears with a specialized shaft to print even flexible filaments at high speeds.
DUAL DRIVE GEARED EXTRUDER
A dual drive will firmly grip filament from two sides instead of a single side and reduce filament slipping, jams, and increase print quality with minimal adjustments. This is ideal for all plastics and a particular necessity for flexibles like TPU and TPE. The drive is also geared by an impressive 10:1 ratio with more than enough precision and torque to overcome even the toughest of filaments.
3.5" DUAL MODE TOUCH SCREEN
A massive color touch screen for ease of use. The Eureka3D's touch screen features an extra processor to facilitate seamless switching between a generally convenient touch screen mode and the more traditional monochromatic LCD mode so users of the new and old can feel right at home. There is also an encoder wheel for finer adjustments and ports for both full size sd cards and usb drives to upload a 3D print.
FLEXIBLE PRINT SHEETS
Scraping a completed 3D print can be difficult, dangerous, and time consuming. A flexible print sheet allows for a quick and safe method of flexing the sheet and freeing a finished print so that little time is wasted. Additionally the Eureka3D print sheets are multi-functional with a premium dual powder coated and smooth PEI surface for glue stick and hair spray free 3D printing and the freedom to the user to choose between a print surface that hides layer lines or has a glossy finish.
SILENT 32BIT CONTROLLER
Silent Step Gen 2 TMC 2209 stepper drivers with 256 microstepping and an excessively fast 100Mhz 32-bit processor are leagues ahead of traditional 16Mhz 8-bit boards with loud 16 micro stepping. These features offer smoother and quieter performance especially at high speeds to translate to an increase in print quality without worrying about any mysterious artifacting.
PRINT SERVER READY
While each Eureka3D has its own built in wifi for basic tasks, the printers as a whole are designed to function with print servers to provide the quickest response times especially with more than one printer. This makes it remarkably easy to start a printer or farm from another room, update its firmware, and monitor each and every machine's activity through one's own wifi and camera.
